At Hospice of Eastern Idaho we are here to provide you with the care you and your loved one need when the time comes for hospice care. We are Southeastern Idaho’s only not-for-profit hospice servicing Bonneville, Bingham, Clark, Fremont, Jefferson, Madison, and Teton counties.

Hospice care focuses on quality of life and comfort for the patient when life expectancy is within six months. Hospice provides care for the patient as well as their family and loved ones.
Hospice of Eastern Idaho provides the same high quality individualized service to anyone, no matter your religion, race, creed, age, type of illness, or ability to pay because we are supplemented by the generous contributions of time and resources by members of our community.
